Vista Game Tweaks

Hey Guys,

I will share some cool tips to enjoy best gaming performance on your Windows Vista PC.

1) First thing is to upgrade your Hardware ( RAM, CPU and graphics card ). Minimum recommended is Dual core CPU, 2 GB RAM and a DirectX 10 compliant graphics card.

2) Disable System restore, Thumbnails & sidebar.

3) Set sidebar.exe to low priority in task manager.

4) Turn off hibernation, window previews.

5) Disable System Restore

6) Move swap file to another drive/partition

7)Turn off media sharing and public sharing.

8) Turn off search indexing. No search business during games. Please let me enjoy the game.

9) Use Ready Boost

10) Disable SuperFetch
