Purble Place is an entertaining game in the Windows Vista package. It is rendered interesting and educational for children with different colors, shapes and patterns to recognize. The game could be made remarkably tougher by simply increasing the complexity of the tasks as one begins to master the game scheme.
Purble Place is a game targeted for children and there are three games available in this brightly colored lit interface. This is a set of three games included with every Windows Vista edition. The three games are: Purble shop, Comfy cakes, and Purble pairs.
As soon as Purble place starts, the user is presented with a screen in which all the three games are presented. He/she can select the game of choice and start play. Alternatively, a game can be selected from the "Game" menu. While Purble shop is represented by a store on the right, Comfy cakes is a bakery in the middle and Purble pairs is a school house, again on the right.
Purble Shop: The Matchmaker
The first game is Purble shop. This is a game teasing the logic and pattern recognising in Vista version of the Windows. The goal of this game is to identify the features of Purble, who is a game character hiding beneath the curtain. Logic plays a key role in determining the game along with recognition of certain pattern emerging during the game. Older children or even adults can also play Purble Shop if they choose to, and it can be made more complex and challenging depending upon the tougher level choice. The goal of this game Purble Shop is to find out the features of a Purble and pattern recognition.
Comfy Cakes: Master Chef
Comfy cakes challenges the players to create cakes matching with the ones displayed in the fastest possible manner. The cake that is being created by the players will be shown on the upper left hand corner of the game board. The right elements/items including cake butter, icing and pan etc. are chosen at each station. As one's game power improves, the ability to create more and more cakes simultaneously increased and this makes the game more difficult and interesting.
Purble Pairs: Hone Your Memory!
Purble pairs is a game in concentration. It can be said to be the computer equivalent of Concentration, or Memory, of the traditional game of cards. The idea here is to remove all the tiles from the board in order to find a pair matching. The game starts by clicking on a tile. The subsequent tile is selected and clicked to see if the pair matches. Once the tiles are matches, they will be removed. If not, then the key is to remember which tile it is to find the matching pair in the coming turns.
Purble Options!
The various options like the level of the game and the use of game sounds can be selected using the Choose options. The Game menu also lets one to start a new game or return to the Purble place menu. For help, the user can click on Hint in the Game menu.
These gaming features are considered as one of the key points for the hot sales of Vista versions. These card games pose a certain cinematic quality in their appearances and table backgrounds. Even a non-professional can play the game out of curiosity... it is truly worthwhile.
